Other Characters: Antauri[personal profile] poweroftheprimate

Name: Exile
From: Road Rovers
Appearance: In his Cano-sapien form (it's hard to tell in this photo, but his eyes are light blue)
Age: In dog years, possibly about mid- to late-twenties
Gender: Male
Personality: Much of Exile's personality is due to his origins as a Siberian husky; he is cheerful, friendly, easy-going, and loyal. These traits are further enhanced through the transdogmification process that transforms him into his Cano-sapien form, resulting in his immense character.

As a Road Rover, Exile is dedicated to helping others, as well as saving the world from people who mean it harm. The Rovers have been assigned on missions that range from protecting the world from aliens and dinosaurs, stopping international crises, and preventing potential dictators from taking over the globe. And Exile faces each challenge bravely and determined...relatively. Of course there have been times when he and the others have been afraid. And the Rovers' canine natures sometimes distracts them from the task at hand, as they engage in silly dog behaviors. But for the most part, once the Rovers are on a job, they are set to get it done.

Exile is intelligent and possesses a bit of knowledge with mechanics and electronics, though it is likely that his skills in this area are self-taught. His heat-vision is handy when it comes to fixing broken vehicles, and because of this he became the designated techie of the team and expanded his expertise to devices they use on missions, such as bombs or decoders.

He has some skill in driving and piloting the vehicles used on missions the Rovers have been assigned on, though he - like the others - haven't been without an accident or two.

Of the team, Exile seems to be the most expressive with his feelings (though he doesn't always get the words right). He likes to give his friends big bear hugs when he's happy, and he isn't afraid to bear his teeth when he's angry. For the most part though, Exile is pretty laid back and upbeat about things; he enjoys making new friends, and gets along very well with the all friends he has. Even Blitz, the Doberman who sometimes manages to get on his (and everyone else's) nerves, Exile considers a good friend.

He is also protective of his friends, and will do everything in his power to help them - even at the cost of his personal welfare, as demonstrated once when he believed he was a werewolf and asked to be locked away so he wouldn't harm the others. He cares for his comrades deeply and doesn't like seeing them get hurt.

Exile is no pushover, though. When forced, he can have a bit of a temper. He also doesn't like when people rush him.

But overall, Exile is a goodhearted individual that is reliable in a fix, and he along with the other Rovers easily merit the title of man's best friends.

Backstory: Not much is known about Exile's past prior to becoming a Road Rover, other than the fact he was a sled dog in Siberia. One night while the others were sleeping, Exile was called by a mysterious voice that simply stated he was "chosen". Exile followed the voice to a secret underground headquarters, where a man known as the Master used a machine, called the Transdogmifier, to turn him and four other dogs into a new breed called Cano-sapiens. In this form, Exile and the others became bipedal canine beings with the ability to talk, and some gained additional powers as well.

After the transformation, the Master assigned the new Road Rover team to retrieve a stolen item from General Parvo, a being that would become the Rovers' main archnemesis over time. The mission was successful, and the Master returned the Rovers to their pure canine forms, placing them in homes as dogs of World Leaders - Exile became the husky of the president of Russia - but took measures that would allow the Rovers to return whenever they were needed. Whenever the Rovers were called by the Master, they would ride through an elaborate tunnel system underneath their respective homes, that would take them back to headquarters. Then using the Transdogmifier, they would become Road Rovers yet again.

Over the years, the Road Rovers continued to face and prevent potential threats to the safety of the world. Other dogs have been added to the number of Rovers and stationed around the world, and even some in space, but Exile and the other four Rovers remain the main team that saves the day.

Moral Standing: Lawful good
Dreams: To continue being a Road Rover with his friends
Fears: Losing his friends, not being able to help/hurting them
Extra: Exile has three different vision-related powers: heat-vision, freeze-vision, and night-vision (though some argue that it is really X-ray vision). He also has super strength, although he is not as strong as his fellow Rover, Shag the Sheepdog.
Character Location: There will be no location that appears when Exile arrives in Ink City.
Samples: This was the best thing I could find...
